i have no words for what my father experienced. I am so sick of post office employees thinking it’s okay to be rude whenever they please. My father owns a business and we have to go to the post office by law to send out letters everyday, and at 3pm today he went inside with a handful of letters and the employee refuses service. “go somewhere else i’m not helping you”, “i don’t have to do your letters”, “my manager is on lunch, i refuse to help you, you have too many” the clerk was on cashier 07 named KC, and i am completely disgusted with how he was being treated, my dad had to practically beg him to do these letters. this is not okay, in what world are you allowed to refuse service to someone when 1-you don’t close til 5pm and it was 3pm, 2- there was no one at the post office, and 3 that is your job as a CASHIER. it is just plain laziness, it genuinely makes me sick to my stomach. if you have lots of letter i recommend coming here so that maybe the employee will having something to do other than look down at his phone.

K c is the rudest employee. I am filing a complaint asap against this branch. Charging me $10 a letter and then telling me I can’t come to mail the letters in the afternoon at 3 pm. There was nobody in the post office! There was no line! They don’t close until 5. What is wrong with these people! Why do they hate their job so much! It’s insanity! Fire this ungrateful and rude employee asap and make him get a job he actually enjoys!

This one white lady was so rude and while asking for help had the most unfazed face, if you don’t like your job and don’t wanna do it, dont work there bad customer service and ignorant workers 👎

Always friendly helpful employees... I've been using this Post Office for the past year {pretty much exactly}. Never have a problem, enjoy speaking with the employees, & they help me figure out the best way to mail my items, if I ask.

The man that helped me get my gifts sent off was so helpful and pleasant to talk with.
