Julia Barela a month agoIf this place could get 0 stars that’s what it would get but since that isn’t possible 1 star will have to do. This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff are useless and not caring for any type of mail that needs to be delivered. I shipped an item to a friend and they gave her absolute hell trying to get it, first they attempted delivery but was unsuccessful, my friend went to the location and attempted to pick up but they told her the package was already on the truck so she needed to wait it out, a week later and still nothing, no attempts to deliver or anything updated from them. Finally after two weeks I had my friend go in store again where they explained they were putting the wrong apt number so that’s why they were never able to deliver it bc that apt number they put in did not exist. They did not apologize for THEIR mistake and even told her to tell the mailman that they drop off at the apt office instead of the apt number, Why wouldn’t they tell their employee that? Isn’t that something the employee should ALREADY KNOW?? No apologies and they definitely didn’t take an accountability for their mistakes. This post office is a complete joke. Needs to be shut down for real or get some employees who know how to handle and work at a post office. How is this post office still running with all of these negative reviews??? Useless service and useless staff.
tristan a month agoI get why people leave rough reviews, every experience is different, and most people who would leave a review are frustrated. I personally had two packages I couldn’t find because where I live is so new they don’t even deliver mail yet, the troubling thing about that experience is that no one could just tell me, “your mail won’t be delivered until a certain point in time to your property.” There’s no notes to leave for confused recipients, and I even reached out to them in a service request, but no one could simply tell me, “we have it at this location, you just need to go here.” Instead the representative said she’d reach out to see if they can find the mail. So I feel like that’s more a failing of the system itself rather than the failing of this particular location, as when I finally found that this is where my mail was, they had me in and out in five minutes and were very kind, and the girl at the front had a cool a tribe called quest shirt on. For people coming here in the future, the parking is in the grass, or mud in my case if it’s been raining, and you’re going up the curb to get there, so just be prepared.
Rachel Ricker 2 months agoI recently bought a house and the builder told me that I had to go to this post office to pick up the key to my new mailbox. The post office told me they had no keys because they are on back order and they have no idea when they would receive them and it could be several months. I asked if they have a wait list to let people know when the keys have arrived and they said no, you will have to put your mail on hold, pick it up in person every week and ask each week if they have keys. Now I will have to take time off work to go to this post office every week for several months which I cannot afford to do. Absolutely ridiculous!
Shekerra Dennis 4 months agoOmg!! I’ve never experienced such awful experiences with the postal service! They still haven’t told me where a piece of mail that has my license in it, is. They are not good at all. I have packages to say ‘delivered’ and they are still at the post office. They tell you one thing and do another. I’m looking to file a formal complaint.
Approved by Big Tone 2 weeks agoThe worst service and the waiting room can only accommodate 5-7 people, there is no parking you have to park on the grass and walk in
