They make it so easy for me to drop off my mail-outs each month for my real estate business each month! It's great that I can access the inside drop off box even after normal business hours.

A couple of months ago, I observed that all of the blue USPS collection boxes had been removed. As a result, mailing an envelope now requires visiting a USPS branch during its operating hours.

Inside desk person not trained. Her finger nails were so long she couldn't push the buttons on her hand held calculator. So long that she couldn't even put the stamps on an envelope. Took forever do just do stamps for a birthday card; good grief! A first grader could do a much better job.

Severe mail theft at sagamore apartment homes on Bryant Irving and Bellaire 76109! I've filed a complaint on the property and have asked for my mail to be held By this location yet this delivery man still is putting my mail into this box! I travel down to the postal location to see why he is delivering mail to a box with a hold request and no one can give me answers. Its a federal law and regulation for mail to be delivered to a secure location! A supervisor needs to be involved! How can you have a federal job but not follow the rules and regulations of the law?

I have been having small issues with this place for a while but I just stopped caring. Now my package was delivered to someone else and I’m pissed. Been trying to call the office and it just rings and starts beeping. Like a busy signal. Definitely not impressed. Also tell your mailmen to stop walking in my grass when the driveway/walkway IS RIGHT THERE!!
