If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm currently looking at a piece of mail that was mailed in July 2025 and showed back up at my office in January 2026 as "return to sender." That alone speaks volumes. Customers constantly tell me they're not receiving their mail, and at this point it's clear this isn't a local issue-it's a nationwide problem. The level of inconsistency, delays, and lost mail is unacceptable for essential services. I will gladly walk into a UPS Store and pay quadruple the price rather than step foot in a government building that can't perform the most basic function it exists for: delivering mail. Do better. PS: I have verified the address. It is correct. 👎🏼

Any parcel that is too big to fit in the box won't be delivered to my door such was the case this Saturday I requested on line a redelivery for Monday nothing was delivered so I went to the post office and they didn't put it on the truck for redelivery also they stuff parcels into the box that don't fit and I have to destroy thepackage in order to pry it out, I have filled complaints numerous times and nothing changes, LAZY LAZY LAZY !!!

So front desk employees can’t access tracking numbers? I find that hard to believe. I was told to stand at the end near the supervisor desk but nobody was there. I stood there and waited like an idiot and no supervisor was to be found. And the woman who told me to stand there, saw me waiting. She couldn’t be bothered to grab the supervisor or tell me to just come back later, or anything at all. Government employees at their finest - they can’t be bothered to lift an extra finger.

Place is a joke, no one at the desk to let people pick up their packages, I have a spine injury so I JUST LOVE standing in line and waiting for someone to show up and do their job. In case u dont know I was being sarcastic here is a photo of me taking a selfie eith tbe empty desk behind me WAITING

Their driver stole my package. My wife ordered me a thermal scope for Christmas, and the post office said they delivered it at 7:15pm. I checked my cameras for an hour before and after that time, and nobody approached my mailbox. We don't just have to worry about porch pirates anymore.
