1 star—the lowest rating possible—because I came to get some information, but since I don't speak English, the woman at the immediate assistance desk couldn't help me. She left me stranded, told me she couldn't assist me, yet she found the time to help other people who *did* speak English.

I had a 10AM appointment today 02.13.26 to submit a passport application in addition to getting my photo taken and was serviced by Phillip. Phillip was very quick, professional and polite during the process and was very precise on what happens after he sends my application and photo to the US Department of State. I was in and out of the post office in just 10 minutes! Will definitely recommend this post office for anyone needing any assistance with their passport application!

Worse place to get passports ! Big guy behind the counter is the slowest person ever ! Doesn’t show a care in the work and takes his sweet time ! Find somewhere else to go.

I give this post office a 5 star rating. They are fast, professional, helpful, and kind. They get alot of clients here because of their good and fast services 👍

The posted walk-in hours for passports are not correct. They are leaving at 3pm. They say they are understaffed. What a waste of time. Glad I pay a ton of taxes.
