I came in with one thing to mail. There was one person ahead of me and it took me 15 minutes in the store. Debbie, while, very nice is GLACIALLY slow(sorry Debbie) it seems as though this particular location doesn’t have trained staff in the USPS department. If you just want to pop in quick to mail something, pick a different location

Based on reviews, I called them to verify that there was a real post office inside and what time they closed. I gave 4 stars because I was immediately placed on hold and I waited for over 6 minutes for them to get back to me. All the while, I was able to hear them speaking with other customers the whole time. Once I was picked up and asked if I was still there, I said that I was, no apology, I said that I had a quick question. I was driving 2 hours to drop off mail at the post office and I want to make sure it was a real post office and that they were open until 5pm like it states online. She said it was real and said they close at 4pm. So, my question could have been answered if they had asked first what I wanted. If they need to place me on hold because my question needed more time, they could have. We will see how the visit goes.

Despite what someone else said, this is not a "real post office". It is a contracted counter in the back corner of a Hallmark store. They did not have the same supplies as a "real" post office. It did have a shorter line than the real post office I ended up at, however.

So quick and easy - and full-service with friendly helpful people. There is even a little table where you can sit to write out addresses and other postal documents. If you want to buy a card and mail it this is the place to go because it is in a Hallmark store!
