I would give zero stars if I could. I honestly have never had an issue with the postal service until I moved. 2x the mailman left me a delivery attempt notice stating my package was "too big" for the MAILBOX. It wasn't. It was a necklace both times. Both times I submitted a request for a redeliver. Don't even bother with it because they will not redeliver your package. They also will not answer the phone. Someone picked the phone up today when I called and they literally slammed the phone down and hung up. I had to bring my disabled son in there and ask for the package. Luckily for the both of us, the package was there collecting dust. Why even give an option to redeliver when TWICE you have refused to deliver it. Laziest postal employee ive ever seen. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. DO NOT LET THIS LOCATION HANDLE YOUR MAIL. GET A PO BOX AT ANOTHER LOCATION OR SEND YOUR MAIL TO A RELATIVES HOUSE. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT LET THIS PLACE HANDLE YOUR MAIL. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am putting in a change of address and sending my shit somewhere else!!

I went to the post office today to pick up a package containing medication that had been delivered but not placed in my P.O. box. I approached the older lady at the counter to see if they could locate it, as I needed it sooner rather than later. She informed me—what I felt was with an attitude—that they have hundreds of packages only sorted at 2 a.m. and that there was nothing she could do. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt this same attitude from her when I’ve asked for help tracking down packages, even beyond the 24-hour mark in the past. Poor customer service.

On 4/15/26 between 1:00pm and 1:30pm I spoke to a supervisor who was an older man with dark hair and glasses who was very rude to me. I was looking for a lost package and he told me I could try to intercept it by going online. But he was in a hurry and mumbled the directions and walked away. I had staff ring for him as I wasn't clear on how to do that online. I heard a staff member yell back to someone not to leave. As far as I can tell he went to lunch and never came back to the counter. Me and another customer waiting just decided to leave because we weren't sure he was still in the building. Not everyone knows how to access services online.

I had a very disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience at this location. I came in to send a certified letter regarding a legal matter, but Alisa was incredibly pushy, trying to force me to pay for a "Return Receipt" signature service I didn't want. Even after I explained I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to argue, she remained difficult and brought over her manager, Bianca. Instead of de-escalating, Bianca told me I should just leave. This forced me to get back in a long line and wait all over again. Because I was already feeling physically unwell and needing to eat, this added stress caused my blood pressure to rise significantly. When I finally got back to the counter, I was helped by Sandra. She was a breath of fresh air—professional, kind, and efficient. She handled the transaction exactly how I originally asked and was very empathetic. While Sandra is an asset to this office, the unprofessional and hostile behavior of Alisa and Bianca is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by upper management immediately.

I like when the parcel drop is open and working. I can just drop my package without going to a counter. They have a counter for parcels without waiting in line for worker But I feel the Dropbox is more secure.
