This location has a line out to the parking lot because they have one person helping people! Absolutely ridiculous. Also, why are so many people going to the post office and expecting them to pack their package for them and everything! That is not their job and you are slowing everything down even more.

Terrible customer service by the manager (possibly indian?) and one employee. The approx. 45yo female white employee refused to help customers and the manager refused to provide his name or assist even though there was a line of about 5-10 people, leaving only one customer service staff to assist them about 1 hour before close. The approximately 35yo, pregnant??? (sorry) w/f, was amazing with customers and was helping as quickly as she could. She was extremely nice and easily gets 5 stars from me. The rest of the staff I had interaction with makes the 2.8 rating understandable as people waited in line for 10+ minutes.

Ashley is literally the best. Running this place on her own for an hour with a line out the door. She deserves praise and a raise. Love her!

They messed up our mailbox key order twice now. So frustrating. I have called numerous times and honestly in twice. I need my money back. Thank you. See my hand. Empty. No key.

I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Sampson, the mailman supervisor, for his outstanding service and professionalism. From the very first interaction, he demonstrated a level of respect, courtesy, and dedication that is rare to find. He not only listened attentively to my concerns but also took the time to follow up with me personally, ensuring everything was resolved to my satisfaction. What stood out the most was his courage to address the matter directly and his commitment to doing things the right way. Mr. Sampson’s respectful demeanor, clear communication, and proactive follow-through left a lasting impression. He went above and beyond the standard, and his actions reflect true leadership and care for the community he serves. In a time where great customer service can be hard to come by, Mr. Sampson is a shining example of what it means to serve with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
