Lee-li Li 4 months agoThere are many reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5?. I live in Hoa where the mail boxes and lockers I was waiting for a package but I thought I had not received it. So I called they told me there was wasp in the mail box which is hazardous. . Ok fine I don’t want anyone to get hurt but where is my packge . According to them. The carrier hand delivered it and gave it to someone . My question is who did she give it to it was big long drawn out conversation all they could tell me is that th lady hand delivered it and handed it to someone at my location . An to file a claim. However, I looked at the claim and it has to be insured in order to make a claim . I was super upset . Imagine you pay out of pocket for package and it goes missing . And who did the carrier hand the package to . After, after some time it dawned on me maybe my daughter picked up the package. So I called her and ask her did a lady hand you a package ? She has no. I found the package in the drive way and it had some other address on there and I was going to return it to the Carrier. I said what. She said yeah it had another address on there. She said it’s on the table and I seen the lady yak off . A then I go down stairs and sure enough there it is . However, next time say you Thorpe or set it in drive way. Don’t say you handed it off to some unknown person when you did not hand it to anyone you put it in the drive way and decide. That was good place to leave it. Leave it at the front door someone could have ran it over . It’s less than. 5 ft away. Now I feel like I own them apology but they also owe me one to because of miscommunication , and the fact they left it in th driveway and not hand it over to an actual person.
Michelle Ty 7 months agoSo many things to say! The location was clean and nice. Easy parking and I was in and out of there. Chris, the staff member who helped me was informative and I had many questions as I needed to return and ship packages out. He was also very kind and caring to not only me, but while I was waiting in line to every customer he helped. He is so awesome and now I am more than excited/happy to go back for more of my packages care without the thought of dread. I have been to other locations and the staff or wait is always so long and horrible. It just seems like the associates do not like their job. Chris goes above and beyond! He has a great attitude and customer service which you do not see too often. Recommending this place!
De a month agoI've asked them so many times to stop putting mail in my box because they won't give me a key to i asked to just have it held at the facility and I would get it. What do they do? They put it in the box and then return it to sender usually, when I go to have them ask the driver to remove it they do not and still return it to sender.
Theresa Bowman 9 months agoI’ve had Chris help me several times! I am in and out of here in minutes. I’ve never had a local feel. Staff is friendly and know how to navigate online returns! I had one incident when we first moved in and for some reason our address was still listed as vacant, so a Father’s Day order was updated to return to sender. I tried to intercept it by filling out a form online. Literally 2 hours after submitting the form, Chris called (way after they were closed) saying he saw my form and found my package and that he’d hold onto it for me. He saved Fathers Day!
Thao Nguyen 8 months agoI moved in my apartment on 9/26 and had changed my address on the UPSP app even before that day since I knew my application got approved. I have a package that is supposed to come on 10/14 (which was sent on 10/10, not something like 1-2 months ago before my move-in date). My package is under "Forwarded" status and I ask Tara for an GPS tracking. How hard to do that? She refuses to do GPS tracking and keeps blaming that I recently moved and I did not update my address blah blah. If I have not updated my address, how can I have a coming package tracking under my name? I show her my address in the app was already updated, she just writes down some information and says someone will call me which I doubt it. Zero help from her so I wish I could give a zero star as well.
