I had a really positive experience with USPS that deserves recognition. I initially went in because of a mistake made by UPS, and even though the issue wasn’t USPS’s fault, the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve it. They took the time to understand my situation, treated me with patience and professionalism, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation—they even waived the fee for Priority Mail, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s rare to encounter that level of kindness and customer service, especially when the problem didn’t originate with them. Their support turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to helping customers. I’m very grateful for their help especially the staff member Neal and would absolutely recommend USPS for their exceptional service and genuine care.

We have had more problems with packages than ever since the Apache office became our "home" post office. We operate a business a few blocks away, and we're going on our fifth package that's been delivered to the wrong address. Even though the shipping label clearly states our correct address. I'm at the point where I won't purchase anything from a merchant that ships using USPS. FedEx and UPS never have a problem. It's almost like whoever our carrier is doesn't even try to find the right address. I'm pretty sure the package that I'm having issues with now was delivered to the wrong person and now can't be located. This was for a one of a kind item we bought for our shop, so we'll never see it.

Staff at counter took the extra effort to review tracking of several packages, checked the backroom, and called postal carrier. When this did not resolve situation, she wrote down my phone number and someone called later with an update.

I'm so angry and frustrated, I had a very important package that needed to be delivered today 12/15/25 because I need it for for work tomorrow. There is the green slip in my mail box saying the names of the new residents (me and my roommate), the USPS delivery driver went there, saw the slip, didn't take it. Instead they took my package and returned it as 'vacant', they didnt even try to leave it at my front door or knock because my roommate was home and she would have signed if needed. This happened at 8:28am, I came to the PO straight from work around 3:30pm and the package had already been mailed back to sender.

Legit no help. I would give 0 stars if possible. No one at this location picks up. I’ve been calling at different times for over 2 hours with it dialing and going to busy tone prior to hanging up on me. The least that could be done is answering a phone for a business that is funded by the government.
