I will keep this review about this location and not how awful USPS is in general. This is one of the few locations in Tucson that has self-service kiosk and a large package drop-off for after hours.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delivery service provided by your company. On 11/08/25 I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. However, upon checking, I found that the package was not present. When I contacted your customer service team, I was given unhelpful advice to inquire with my neighbors, rather than receiving assistance in locating the package or initiating an investigation into its whereabouts. I am concerned that this experience reflects a broader issue with your company's delivery processes and customer service. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue, including re-delivering the package or providing a full refund. Even when receiving my house keys, they had issues acquiring the proper information as well.

This is my favorite location to go to. My packages usually start tracking within hours and everyone who has helped me has been kind, professional and helpful. Especially Bea! It bums me out to see negative reviews which clearly are coming from people who don’t understand how to postal system works and need to be more self sufficient and educated on shipping their things and having the proper supplies to do so.
