I can totally see the 50/50 experience here with people because the two men who run it are (at least in my experience) two completely different personalities lol. They’re older dudes so yeah you never know what you’re gonna get out of them. Just laugh and nod. I had to when my arm was too tense for the fingerprints & got told there’s a special tool for that in the back and its similar to harley quinn’s mallet. Just smile and nod y’all. It could be worse but they get the job done 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fast and convenient. The guys here were super nice. The fella that helped me with my fingerprint card was super patient and respectful. They also have a beautiful dog.

I came in here to get my fingerprinted paperwork stuff and also to mail a package both gentlemen at the very front desk are so kind and so respectful. They were patient and very informative on every question I had. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful experience. Hope to see you soon.

I chose this destination as a resource to send my fingerprints in for AZDPS. Not only was the man doing my fingerprints very unprofessional. I was denied clearance because my fingerprints were rejected for not being clear enough. As I watched him do my prints, digitally! They looked clear enough to me where I wasn't worried but still ended up with a rejection letter for ineligible due to a bad print job. My personal opinion: I believe that these 2 men working there have bitterness towards others, for a reason I'm not inclined to give too much thought on, but my discernment leads me to believe they weren't legible by purpose because of the clearance I was trying to obtain. Once I told him my name and what my appointment was for. The rudeness took another level. But hey, I could be wrong. Either way, it backtracked my app by 4 months. I don't recommend fingerprinting here!

Went in for fingerprinting and was slightly nervous after reading some of the negative comments on here. However, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and the appointment was quick and very easy. Fingerprinting is a weird process because you cannot legally roll your own fingers on the capture device; someone who is trained must roll your relaxed fingers on the surface of the scanner. This can be tricky if you anticipate moving your fingers, tense your wrist or shoulder, or subconsciously roll your fingers without assistance. The gentleman taking my prints reminded me to relax my wrist a few times as it's easy to forget, but was patient with me. The whole process maybe was ten minutes from when I stepped in to when I left AND a really cute dog also stopped by to say hi to me.
