Do not trust this post office with your vote by mail ballot, or anything else you find valuable. I mailed my ballot from this location and they never scanned it to inform ballottrax, the state ballot tracking system, that it was received. After that, the ballot somehow disappeared and was never delivered to the elections office. Given that my ballot mailing was never scanned for ballottrax upon receipt, that can only mean someone in that post office made it disappear. It could not have been lost in transit, which would also reflect poorly on the USPS. Something is rotten at this location so I advise taking your business elsewhere.

The indoor are super clean. They have 2 drop off blue box outside of the building and 1 inside the building; but all 3 of the drop box are only for envelope. It's super busy every Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday are the less busy. The employees there are super friendly especially the front desk worker Howard. Howard deserve a bonus or a promotion or a wages increase. Well I go there again?definitely! The only downfall about the post office is there are homeless hanging around which is out of their control.

The wait time to pick up mails is ridiculous. After ringing the bell nobody comes out to check or acknowledge the customers at all and the wait time was almost 1 hour today. Me and others rung the doorbell multiple times with nobody to even check on us for help, instead we heard employees sounding frustrated after the bell rang and then laughter while we waited. Very bad customer service.

HOWARD AND CECILIA ARE OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES! I needed to ship 100 packages to 100 different addresses and they were of great assistance. I didn’t realize they needed to individually label and weigh each one and it took almost an hour. They had an awesome attitude even though it was a difficult task and double teamed to get it down. They were so amazing and I really appreciate both of them helping me with such a daunting task. It goes a long way :)
