Depending on the day of the week, service may be slow or fast. Tuesday service is relatively quick... Monday and Friday please expect a wait. Other than that, the upkeep of the lobby is great. P O boxes available in different locations. Passport services available to an extent. Staff is professional and courteous, always positive, wanting to help their clients. Keep up the good work.

They take to long....I hate going to the postal office/dmv etc.

I called this location on 04/08/14 at 8:00am and spoke with a very polite and helpful gentleman. My package was sent up to Fresno because the sender typed in the wrong zip code and the man I spoke with was very helpful and told me where my package was, what was the issue, and when it would be arriving at my house. Frustrated that I have to wait a couple more days but but at least I know where it is! I was getting a bit worried when I read the other reviews about this location but I guess I caught them on a good day

I've been at my new address for month and have not received all my mail, two similar address, but different zip codes. You would think they can read. I have lived in Fresno for over 60years and never had any problems until now. Luckily the person who was receiving my mail came today to bring me 60 pieces of my mail. This is ridiculous, the federal government needs to train their employees to do their job!! Apparently this is ongoing problem, postmaster do your job.

They steal at this location. If you dont have your package scanned into the system while your are there, they will steal it. The guy at the counter is slow and refuses to move from his chair to do anything for the customers. I understand that he is over 300lbs. but if you cant do your job, then its a problem. I sell on ebay and ship everything to my customers. My packages say ebay on the pre-printed shipping label and I have reason to believe that this may cause the employees to be dishonest. I have had 4 packages stolen at this location.
