i came in today asking if i can drop off an amazon package and this lady’s customer service sucked. i communicated to her that ive never done an amazon package return and asked for her help, but couldnt even help me because she didn’t know what i was asking in regards of what buttons to click or the process, like isn’t that your job to know shipping information 😂? i had to stand there for a bit trying to figure it out myself so we both stood there awkwardly. she seemed too focused on what was going on in her phone and talking to coworkers. it was today around 12:00pm.

The best post office in Fresno? For some reason they are never busy. I think it is because the workers are super efficient.

Katie was amazing and let me send something right at the last second. I got stuck in traffic and made it right at 5:30, I appreciate her willingness to help me!!!

I had an excellent experience at this post office. I was here to send some papers and accidentally left my money draft behind. Thankfully, the staff were extremely kind and honest — they told me someone had turned it in, and they returned it to me. This was my first time filling out a money draft, and they even helped me complete the paperwork. Their professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness truly impressed me. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ZERO STARS!!! One of the worst encounters I’ve ever had in a post office! The blonde hefty lady behind the counter there had the nastiest ugliest attitude and was very condescending, passive and rude I wanted to tell her off but with the nastiness she already had coming off of her personality she would be more proud of herself! Seems like she thrives off treating others like crap! She must be miserable in her life! I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND going to this post office!
