My experience was so pleasant and the employees were just so kind, helpful, and professional. The lady that helped me was named Maria she was great she was very professional and thorough about her job and made sure that I got my needs met in the most kindest way so thank you Maria for everything and making my day a lot more pleasant. To whom it may concern that lady deserves a raise or maybe a Thanksgiving bonus to show her how much she is appreciated....

This Post office has the worst MGMT service. As I am typing this my heart is beating so fast! The regular postman is fantastic. When he takes a day off or goes on vacation . My mail goes nto my neighbors mailbox, even though we have different addresses. I have been to the post office on High St several times and complained. The last time I went there the person that was supposed to be in charge was so rude and obnoxious. I just found MY important tax information in my neighbors mailbox...I don't know how long it has been there! I am going to call again today because I called 3 times and I didn't get an answer. I thought one of the requirements for a post office position was you must be able to read English.
