I went to this post office to do the right thing and turn in a wallet I had found so it could be returned to its owner. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and the lady who helped me at the time had the worst attitude. Instead of assisting with the situation, she made the process frustrating. What made it worse was that I was told I had to pay to mail the wallet back to the person it belonged to. I was simply trying to help someone get their lost wallet back, and I expected better service and guidance from the post office. Overall, it was a very poor experience, especially considering I was there for an honest and helpful reason. I hope they improve their customer service and how they handle situations like this in the future. If I could would give them no stars.

Don’t know why this post office doesn’t have more stars. I get that the queue can get long, but that’s likely because we are near midtown and it’s more populated. The three employees there today were attentive and helpful. Shoutout to Bobby who is always great to work with, kind and takes the time to understand the situation to get the best price/timing for delivery. It’s worth the queue for me, as I’ve been to other post offices in Sac that have much less kind employees plus the queue that will always exist in post offices.

Went on a Saturday - there’s a queue but the line moves really fast! It’s my first time sending mail and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I love USPS! And it’s a vital service that shouldn’t be for-profit. No to privatization of USPS! 🇺🇸

This store has an awesome selection of games and collectibles! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you find what you're looking for. Love stopping by and discovering new titles!

Did you know that you can get $1 stamps at the post office? Did you also know that stamps cost .66 cents now? First time I’ve purchased stamps as an adult and these are all new to me. They also have a machine that does a lot of the functions as the staff. So if there’s a long line and you can’t wait…you have options. There is a young gentleman that helped me that provided clear and concise instructions which helped solved my issue. He was knowledgeable and patient. Best customer service 🫶🏼 Thank you!!
