Avoid this location if you can, or at least avoid the counter clerk with the unique plexiglass shield at her station. I’ve been mailing 12x9 parcels in the exact same format for 16 years without a single issue. Today, I had to wait in a massive line because the self-serve kiosk was broken. When I finally got to her window, she flat-out refused to accept my envelope, incorrectly claiming it was addressed "too far to the left" and that the machines would reject it. Because she refused to take my mail, I had to drive to a nearby alternative post office branch. The clerk there accepted the exact same envelope immediately without hesitation, completely proving the first clerk wrong. This isn't a one-off, either. Every time I come here, this specific employee is incredibly loud, disruptive, and complains openly to customers and her co-workers. Turning away valid mail because you don't know the regulations—while keeping a terrible attitude—is completely unacceptable. Management desperately needs to step in and retrain her on basic postal guidelines and customer service.

The employees at this location act like they don’t care about customers at all. They behave as if they own the place and can treat people however they want. It feels like there is no proper supervision or accountability, and the staff seem to operate as a group without any oversight. Someone from management needs to step in, review what’s happening at this location, and ensure employees are following proper customer service standards. This situation should not be ignored

The day before, I bought a box here, taped it up completely, and came back to ship it. The male employee told me that there was no stamp on the box and demanded payment. I replied, "How was I supposed to know that?" Since I had already sealed it with colored tape, I had no way to prove it. I asked if I should bring the receipt, but he said it wasn’t necessary and that he would do it for free. But I had already bought it—what was he giving me for free?! It was ridiculous. There’s no one in the photo, but be aware that this place gets very crowded during lunchtime on weekdays.

You will get way better customer service on Saturday compared to any other day in the week! Went to ship out a package and they were so nice compared to when I come in on the other days.

I had a very bad experience at this post office. I went there to get a money order and asked a simple question about whether it was the new or old version. Instead of answering, the employee became rude and told me it wasn’t my business. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said, “I’m the owner, there is no supervisor,” and told me to get out if I didn’t want to proceed. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this location is operating under USPS services, customers should still be treated with basic respect and given proper assistance. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is not the first time people have had issues here, and nothing is being done about it. Very disappointing experience
