The staff at this post office are professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Ki ana(forgot how to spell it in particular is the best. When the line gets long, the supervisor will come out of his office and help(when he's not in a meeting or something). The employees have delayed their break to help find my package before. The staff there help each other out. Outstanding post office!

The person that delivers my mail is very lazy. I asked him to make sure to drop the mail all the way down inside of my mailbox because of theft but he refuses to do that. He just let hang out. I have a package drop on the inside of my fence surrounded by fencing so my dogs cannot get near it but he refuses to drop packages into the container. No other package delivery company has an issue with it. He will not ring my gate bell when I need to sign for a letter. I have complained to the office but they do not care either.

Taking care of business at the DelPaso Heights post office location. The environment is professional, organized, and outstanding customer service. Everything in a large post office but, scaled down. The line goes fast with the knowledge and kindnedness of the postal worker.

Got a message from the online USPS site that my package had arrived. Drove all the way there only to be told by the person helping me (and he checked for it 3 times) that the package had not arrived. I leave and five minutes later the manager calls and says that they have the package and could I come back 🤦🏾‍♂️. Went back to get it and the guy that was supposed to give it to me was moving soooooo slow. So some employees can’t read and there is no sense of urgency. C’mon people
