This place really depends who you have help you! I have my PO Box here so Im kind of stuck for the long term. Last week I was in here to pay the PO Box dues... Trang helped me and she was so personable & helpful, that it was a breath of fresh air! If she is at the counter, I will have her help me. There are others, that I will always avoid. If they are the only choice. I will literally go to a different post office. Ive had such bad experiences. I have been using this Post Office for about 18 years! So its not like Ive not given it my best shot ... but in the last 7 ish years there is one certain person that is almost always at the counter and her information is incorrect and she is rude! I have finally gotten to the point that I will leave if she is the only choice for help.

This post office is on Fulton Ave and Marconi Ave. It is my favorite post office. I drive a little longer to come to this post office because it is quiet and has better service. I never have to wait for parking here. The longest line I have been here was no more than three or four people in front of me. The post office is a little harder to find if you have never come to this office. The parking lot entry is on Marconi Ave, but the street address is on Fulton Ave. It has a Taco Bell and a library on the parking lot entrance. The post office is all the way inside to the end of the parking lot. Many parking spaces are usually available.

There's a guy that provides excellent customer service. On the other hand, a woman who looks at you like if you're there asking for charity. She doesn't says hi nor answer when you say good bye. Hopefully she retires soon, because she doesn't like her job at all. You'll find out who am I talking about

🤮🤮🤮 the guy at the front was very rude and disrespectful. He just didn't like me as soon as I walked in...He did not clearly know how to explain to fill out a form. So he was so mean! I did try alittle tiny talking and he just said I don't care, I care about closing in 5 minutes. He just totally ruined my day! The management has to teach or educate their staff. The staff should know they get paid for what they do to people! Anyways, the reviews are not good at all about this post office...

The post offices in Sacramento seem to be in a competition for the worst. Like others have mentioned, I seem to have encountered "the black lady" (no surprise). I was the only customer when I came in and I waited while she took a personal phone call for about 5 minutes. After a line started forming behind me, she helped me while continuing on her personal phone call the whole time. OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK IN THE LAND OF THE UNFREE. 🤮
