Was there for 20 minutes on the 24th and no one was there during SCHEDULED hours to receive parcels. This location is horrible with following their OWN business hours. Had another woman waiting with me to drop off parcels at 2:15PM. She was holding over 10-20 parcels struggling. The drop off closes at 3PM. Can someone explain this?

I would give it a 0 but 1 is the least they have well my letter arrived here and I know bb ecsuse I bought a tracking service and now it is lost , it's been 3 days and the delivery address is very close to this location . I already reported it to USPS and it is under investigation but we all know how that goes

My package arrived at this distribution center on September 19 and has been in "arriving late" transit limbo despite only needing to be delivered to Citrus Heights. After 11 days of waiting I finally have a tracking update today on Sept 30th, and my package was mistakenly sent up to Juneau, Alaska. Now that's impressive. It's wonderful that my purchase is getting a big vacation but I really would've just loved a timely delivery. Sure hope it comes home soon.

Just giving the company what they deserve honestly it would be 0 if it let me. Customer service was terrible. I got there 10 minutes before close to pick up my LIVE ANIMAL THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THE MORNING PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL!!!! Just for them to tell me I’m “too late” and there’s nothing you can do for me. THEN they tried to blame it on me saying I should have gotten there earlier and they didn’t know anyone in the back to ask…. uhh what. Didn’t help the other employee doing nothing but watching put her 2¢ in saying “we close soon we can’t do anything”. Tracking number in hand ID with matching address and “they couldn’t do anything”. I asked if they could at least check on the well being of her and let me know since it’s been 2 days already and she was supposed to be here. NOPE! Couldn’t do anything I was too late to check and now I have to wait cause it’s a holiday. News flash… animals don’t care about holidays. Good thing I have a good and reliable breeder and I know she’s okay with food and water…. Do better and get better employees

Staff that works. The counter are always very helpful packaging things and recommending the best way to send things.
