This post office has a lot of history stemming back to California's origin to the Union. It was a pleasure to have visited. The employees are very helpful to boot.

This place has horrible customer service. They kicked out my service dog (which is illegal) profiled my teenage son and then refused service after I went to complain to the “manger” about how I was being treated. This is the worst USPS store! Avoid at all cost. Such rude employees! I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS for refusing my service animal and making me leave because they said I was lying about my service animal that I have paper work for. Now I have to travel to another USPS when I live in the area.

Quiet, local post office. Their hours are a bit odd and they don't have a ton of staff, so be patient. Ignore the negative reviews. The staff are professional, helpful, and patient. They are not overly friendly but they are polite and will answer complicated questions. They've always had someone who can speak and understand basic Spanish/Espanol.

Slow service. I waited at least 10 minutes while a customer and the USPS clerk argued about money orders, magnets in letter envelopes, etc. When I finally got a chance to drop off my package (with a QR code), I was told the labeling system went offline and can't find shipping labels from QR codes. Not the clerk's fault... But this location needs another clerk available to help, because I shouldn't have had to wait that long to be told their system was offline. I read their bulletin board of local Wanted postal criminals while I waited.

I thought this place was closed cause it looks like it would be abandoned like the other stores on the strip but it's not 5 stars for Wendy and the people in the back dealing with like 20 customers in a Friday with professionalism and clarity. Could've been a lot gruffer and over it like so many post offices with 20x the staff, but they weren't. Store was also organized. Thank you Wendy!
