Emily luna 10 months agoMy package was mistakenly returned by USPS. The staff member I dealt with was a middle-aged white male, and his attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite USPS being at fault, he seemed unwilling to acknowledge the mistake or help resolve the issue. I hope USPS improves training for professional customer interactions.

Sarah Thomas 2 years agoThe lady was very polite and helpful. I have never sent a package before and needed to do this for lawyers. It worked out well. She helped ensure that all the details were correct and she is very courteous.
Desiree Ortiz a year agoEveryone is very nice and friendly at this location. It can get a little busy because it’s a very small office but they are fast and efficient.
Rohit R 5 years agoCustomer service is okay. USPS is located inside a little shopping mall. Wait time was not much at around 4 pm weekday.
