Efficient and friendly staff. Always helpful. There are lines at the normal times but unlike a lot of other post offices (I sell a lot on Poshmark so frequent post offices), they usually have 2 people working which is a blessing. Large parking lot is a bonus!

Terrible post office. The staff here are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Coming here is never a pleasant experience. They also don't even have any blue boxes outside, and you can't get into the lobby to do anything self-service when they're closed.

Heads up: This location has a self service kiosk but the doors are locked after hours. Tried to use the 24 hr drop box at 6:45pm on Tuesday, 12/30/25. Building seems nice, lots of parking out front.

We have been blessed to have the all time best mail carrier, James. He has gone above and beyond for our entire neighborhood in Lowry to provide top notch mail delivery service. We have dealt with lots of mail theft over the years and James has taken the time to contact each and everyone one of us to provide delivery updates. We all are so grateful for James and feel he is deserving of a pay raise and a promotion. Thank you, James for going over the top and being the best mail carrier.

KARLA YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!!! These five stars go -specifically- to YOU! I've been having a lot of trouble not getting my mail for nearly 3 whole months. Anytime I went to the post office to get the issue resolved, I was usually given the runaround or told to fill out -another- change of address slip (I already did 3 of them...) It's been a very rough year for me, and just having this additional problem wasn't helping... On my third attempt to get ANY sort of help, I was lucky enough to be helped by Karla who went above and beyond to help me fix this problem. When the other USPS employees would default to the "Just fill out -another- COA form..." , Karla said "I GOT YOU!" - and she absolutely kept her word! She fixed a problem within the matter of a few short days that none of the other employees could do in almost THREE ENTIRE MONTHS. Thank you again so much Karla! You're the best!!! I wish there were more people like you in this world. KARLA DESERVES A RAISE!
