Charlie Donahue 3 weeks agoThe reviews made me nervous but my experience was the opposite. I shipped two packages to the Midwest via priority. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. My packages arrived to their destinations as estimated. Will return when I need to mail something.
Lynn M. 6 months agoThe Marion PO, front CS area has always been efficient and relatively quick. It's always based on the line lengths, and number of front desk employees. It's a small PO. 95% polite, even light hearted employees. I've never had any problems with mailing, drop-off or pick-up. Generally, fully stocked with forms and mailing products. I live in the West Cheesman neighborhood for 5 years. If you want, after hours, do it yourself package/box shipping, go to Cherry Creek.
C Dash a month agoThe supervisory and other letter carriers here are really impressive, Jessie, Esa and Bidur have dealt phenomenally with a situation created by my letter carrier that honestly endangered my home. I was told by my bank I submitted a change of an address on April 7, a letter of critical importance arrived a month late, on the day it was due. My best friend’s wedding invitation never arrived 6 weeks later, almost 3 months, not returned to her, not delivered to me. I still haven’t gotten my new debit, the second of which was returned April 9. He has delivered to my address with my last name and my daughter’s posted for almost 4 years. I knew he was a petty person when he threatened not to deliver our mail if we didn’t label our mailbox, which I learned today is incumbent on the letter carrier. I was prepared to complain and let it go, until the really nice support letter carrier (Tricia) and one of the supervisors (Esa) expressed their hope he would not do something more malicious. That’s when I saw I had to get ahold of the US Inspector General to file a criminal complaint. I can’t risk my home being threatened, my bank card made unavailable or mail precious to me disappearing, being returned or arriving a month late anymore. I had to put my mail on hold because last week someone ripped off my mail label. It was Tricia who carefully filled out a new one and posted it in my mailbox. I would prefer to give 5 stars, but because this letter carrier has endangered my security, I had to downgrade. If you are wondering which is his route, it is # 1843. And it’s weekdays for him. Beware. You can be totally nice and I guess he holds the way you look against you or something. The guy is off the route, off terrorizie another neighborhood. Hopefully for you not yours,
Jack R 2 months agoImpossible to reach via phone. I had a prescription sent to the wrong address (serviced by this office), and needed to contact this office to have it held and/or redirected. A USPS customer service agent told me to call the office directly. I tried calling on different days and different times of day. The call never got through. I eventually went in person to pick up the package. Out of curiosity, I called the office while I was there. There were no customers present, two USPS staff at their counter, and yet the call still didn’t get through. So, again, this office is apparently impossible to reach if you need them.
Nikita Valdez 8 months agoI received horrible service 10/28 at 4:10pm. Be very careful getting guidance from this office. I needed a certified mail receipt for a letter in which I needed confirmation of its delivery. The clerk told me the express envelope I was buying had a receipt of delivery so I didn't need the certified label I had already filled out and given her. Turns out that was a huge lie and the company I was trying to cancel a contract with can now deny they ever received it, since I only have a confirmation of delivery. This office should at the very least train their employees. I hate leaving negative comments about public servants but she really screwed me.
