There’s one person working - doing passport services, so I’ve been in line for more than 20 mins just trying to mail a package (still here). Was also planning to get fingerprinted but the machine is down at this location (along with TWO others I tried). These government cuts are out of control.

Not open as advertised. They do not open at the scheduled time. You will have to wait until someone decides to show up. Do not waste your time coming here.

I had a great experience at this location getting my first passport. I arrived about 25min early for my appointment, anticipating a line, but it was quiet and they were able to process my application quickly without any issues. Both of the staff members working there were friendly and helpful. They are clearly doing their best while this location is understaffed and I appreciated it.

Not even1 start, did a 20 min line and couldnt return the pagage bc they run out of tape (yes usps running out of tape). No solution rather than goand find another location.

Lack of supervision. Supposed to be opened at 9am (9:15and still not opened) yet they dont care and just simply walk like zombies with their phones.
