I can see why some customers are saying that the staff customer service are poor at this location. When I came to this Post Office, this place wasn’t busy at all. The young lady who assisted me, she immediately greeted me and asked me how can I help you. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and her service was fast. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other staff who were present. This location is huge and offers a wide variety of services. The hours of operation for full service are Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am- 4:00 pm, Sunday Closed and Holidays Are Closed. This location was clean and offers off street parking.

⸻ ⭐ 1 star I arrived on time for my 11:45 AM passport appointment. The front desk staff was not even present when I got there—she was inside, and I had to wait. After 15 minutes, she came out and told me she couldn’t help me because she didn’t have time and had another schedule. She was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. I was disrespected and not given proper service. This is unacceptable, especially for an important government process. Very disappointed. ☹️

This US Post Office location is quite large and has plenty of parking, making it convenient to stop by. The hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday closing at 4 PM, so it’s pretty accessible. They offer a wide range of services, including mailing letters and packages, a self-help area, and a customer service counter. If you need a post office box, they have those available for rent as well. You can also purchase supplies like envelopes and stamps. One feature I appreciate is the separate section for US passport applications, which helps keep things organized. That said, as others have mentioned in their reviews, the customer service here can be bad. The workers are often not very friendly, and in some cases, they can come across as downright rude. It’s unfortunate, as this location holds a lot of promise.

My wife and I went to this USPS location for her passport appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who assisted us (name tag: Juanita) was extremely rude from the beginning. Unfortunately, the attitude was not the worst part. She failed to properly review the passport application and did not ask my wife to sign the form in front of her, which is a required step in the process. As a result, the application was submitted without a signature and later rejected. This error forced us to restart the entire process from scratch, all while we have an international trip scheduled in just three weeks. The stress and inconvenience caused by this mistake were completely avoidable. While many people expect poor customer service at government offices, it is still extremely disappointing -especially when mistakes like this can have serious consequences. Public employees should not take their jobs for granted and instead take their responsibilities seriously and treat customers with basic professionalism and care. And even more nowadays when many people are being laid off.

The worst delivery service ever. Always creating a delivered status ticket but the package doesn't come until days later. Also, they love to leave packages outside of buildings on the front porch. Every other carrier brings packages inside the building. The front porch of a building is a place where your package can be stolen. When a business says that they are using USPS as the carrier I know that there is an issue soon to come
