Ms. Yvette needs to be fired. I’ve never experienced someone so rude in my life. Literally ripped my label off bc I wanted to take a picture of me sending off a package to one of my customers. So crazy. I also filed a complaint but looking at these reviews they must not care

Disappointing experience. Scheduled an appointment to apply for my son's passport. Arrived at the appointment on time and was told that the passport agent was not in and, instead, to come back the next day (staff member took my name and number down). Arrived the next day and was scolded by that day's staff for not making an appointment and, also, advised the passport agent still was not in anyway. Was then instructed to make a new appointment with "any location but this one"... Either this location needs to be removed from the options when scheduling an appointment to apply for a passport, or staff is avoiding work. Not good.

Every time I've been here the staff have been super nice, patient and helpful. Its been the same ladies each time I've been there, they are great. Was also surprised like the previous review to see the low ratings.

The lady greeted me when I walked in and I said hello back with a question to try to ask her where the sticker is for the delivery address in the same breath she silenced me and she told me to shut up because she is with a customer who was at her window for 15 minutes just having a conversation. This was the worst and craziest customer service experience I ever had.

If you have a PO box there, they are slow to sort your mail into it, even if you have tracking numbers to show a backstory of the movement of that mail piece through the system, and its arrival at that post office. At this location, “Ready for pickup” tracking status actually means it —might— be ready for you to pick it up 3 to 4 postal working days later. That means Mondays to Fridays, not including weekend days nor holidays. The postal clerks who work behind the counter are easy going, down-to-earth, and simultaneously professional also; but from this side of the counter it just doesn’t seem like there is enough staffing at this station for the volume of mail and customers. There’s good transit access, a nearby metrorail station, and bus stops, and one bike rack out front. The availability of street parking of a car in the vicinity is quite mediocre, unless you want to pay $13 to park in the pay lot behind the place.
