The gentleman was actually very helpful, I showed up right before closing time and was assisted properly and thoroughly. He was clerk #88 on my receipt, tall, fit, African American gentleman.

Now I know why they got 2 stars. They’re unprofessional, I showed the lady (curly hair) the QR code to scan and print a label for me. She told me go to the machine and print it for yourself and drop off. I knew machine is not for printing QR labels but I wanted to double check. I scanned my QR code from the machine and it said invalid code. After that I came back to the line, it was long line and I waited for 20 more minutes. She wanted to leave early that’s why she refused to scan and print QR code. I read a lot of reviews about the old afican-american man, yes everyone is right he is rude but believe me it is just his personality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to get a QR code to scan a package and the woman was truly the most unhelpful she could be. Said the QR scanner was down but couldn’t tell me if it was a store problem or a system problem, and then couldn’t tell me where the next closest USPS was. Go to the one on Connecticut and L- they were kind, helpful, and fast.

The worst USPS location. Staff have a serious attitude problem, and will snap at you for asking for a pen to fill out necessary forms (???) and not give you said pen. Go to CVS, I guess and come back! The entire desk is cased in bulletproof glass and to have a package shipped you have to slide up a door. The whole thing is bonkers.

My 3 stars aren't about the employees-- I come here often and always have a stellar experience. My 3 stars ARE about the conditions of the space! There is an active water leak coming from the ceiling making the floor wet, the counters unusable, and the conditions unsanitary for the staff and customers. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
