Not to pile on with the bad reviews, but they are true. It was randomly closed at 12:40p on a Monday. I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes and at least 5 people attempted to enter. It’s crazy that there is some sort of manager that runs this place who has the responsibility to ensure some basic level of service is provided, but apparently not.

The staff here could not care less about achieving the mission of efficiently and professionally delivering the mail. On numerous occasions, we have returned mail that was delivered and explained that it should be returned to sender or that the people don’t live here. They don’t listen and just blindly chuck the package/mail into a random bin. The result is that we have had the pieces of mail redelivered to our house up to 3 times - I feel bad for the sender and recipient. See photo for example of mail just being redelivered to the wrong address despite a written note plus verbal explanation to post office staff.

It's a bit sad that this is the flagship post office and there's only one person working. She was doing her best I would say, but for the flagship post office location, I would think that it would look a bit more put together and have friendlier staff and provide a better experience especially since you're competing with private companies.

This USPS insists that their shipping label printer actually can’t print labels and they will call you “stupid” when you try to tell them the shipping label printer does in fact print labels. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more rude post office lmao

Awful service! They must hate the world because their attitude sucks. Recommend if you want to continue enjoying your day you should visit another post office
