Was closed at 3:50 PM on a Friday (I.e., during normal business hours). While I waited outside to figure it out what was going on, another patron told me they’re apparently closed all the time at random, unpredictable hours. While I wrote this review 4 other people tried to use the post office. I encourage you to leave a review if the same has happened to you in the hopes this stops occurring.

Entering on a time crunch. Lady helping me was over the phone hundred percent of the time. entered the address wrong five times back to back continues to have her conversation over the phone. I told her you could be distracted by the phone. Please help me get done and she yells out loud “you have to watch how you talk to people finish your thing and GET OUT IF HERE. and honest to God all what I’ve said you could be distracted by being over the phone you entered the address wrong five times extremely passive aggressive behavior from the person on the counter “. ( and telling the lady over the phone “sister I don’t know where those people come from. never coming back to this office again I don’t recommend for anybody. as massive aggressive as it can get. Just to be fair. There was another older lady who was very professional.

Another post office in the district that “opens at 9am” but the employees show up at 9:10 or whenever they feel like and take their time getting ready to accept customers.

Terrible Service!!!! They can decide anytime to open or close without notification, I drop by many times but door close. Today is the same, May 5th, it said open but still closed, Where is your credibility and honesty??

The lady at the counter was just rude. I had three certified letters to mail, and I was unsure how to attach the forms to the letters. When I couldn’t peel off one of the forms, she did peel off and prepare the letters. However, I gave her a medium smiley, smiley face, that is not red, not green, then she proceeded to call me out for not giving a green smiley face, and said she wouldn’t help me next time. In the past, the post office clerks have assisted with the placement of the registered stamps and return receipt cards, this lady told me I had to have it all done before I arrived at the counter. I’ll go to another postal facility next time, this lady was just rude and shouldn’t be working in a public facing position.
