The postal workers are friendly but they do not arrive to work in time to open at 9 am, you can only count on it being open by 9:30. In how many other countries could employees show up late and fail to open the post office for the official business hours and expect to keep their jobs? I saw another review talking about the great "vibe" with music and incense. Personally I think burning incense at a post office is bizarre and unprofessional, it is a U.S. government office. And I can't be the only person who dislikes the smell of incense. The postal workers may be nice people but there is a lack of professional standards and pride in their work which is sad to see.

I know the reviews are terrible but I promise, the owners/employees have changed and the vibe of this post office is dramatically different. It's an old building and you can't expect shiny newness, but when you step in now you're immediately greeted by fragrant incense burning in a corner and warmth and friendliness from the postal workers behind the desk. Be nice to them and they'll treat you in kind!

Dogs are NOT allowed (even if they are emotional support, doing nothing to disturb anyone, and you are in there for 5 seconds making a return). Totally fair and noted for next time, but didn't appreciate getting reprimanded by the worker in a way that was rude/unprofessional. Meanwhile, UPS gives out dog treats.

I am now at the post office and the lady did not want to help us because she was about to close and the hours are until 5:00 pm and it is 4:30 pm. She is a rude and abusive person who does not know how to treat the customer politely, as they should not work in these services since politeness and politeness are the most important things that someone who works in customer service must have.

From the moment I entered, the staff member volunteered their advice (and packing tape), saving me lots of money and time. If I could give more than five stars I would. First rate service.
