The worst postal office ever. They lost a lot of envelops we drop on their box. How this can be possibleeeeee????? Howwww? Always they are closed. Are days when they leave for lunch and don t come back. Please close this office or get a better manager. I am so mad. Doesn t deserve even 1 star.

I went to this post office today (3/13/26) because I live a couple of blocks away and it’s the most convenient location for me. When I arrived, there was only one employee working. I understand she may have been stressed because her coworkers had called off, but the way she treated customers was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, she yelled that she was closed because she needed to take a break, even though the sign on the door said the break was at 12:30 and it was almost 2:30 PM. She was also complaining about her coworkers calling off and arguing in front of customers. Staffing issues should never be taken out on customers. The attitude and tone were very rude, and the whole experience was disappointing.

Every day this post office is extremely crowded, yet there is only one employee serving customers. This leads to constant long lines and significant delays. On top of that, the employee’s attitude is very rude and unprofessional, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. Please address this issue by improving staffing during busy hours and ensuring better customer service.

The customer service at this location is consistently poor. Employees seem unwilling to do their job and decide on their own what they want to do and what they don’t, even when customers are simply requesting standard services. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had the same negative experience each time. Today, I was told they would not send more than 10 envelopes, which forced me to drive to another branch. That is simply ridiculous. Because one employee did not want to complete the request, I wasted over an hour traveling to another location to get the service done. This is extremely frustrating and not the level of service customers should expect.

The ONLY reason this location along with any other location is getting 5 stars is because of Ms. Marsha! What an amazing lady!!! In all my life I have never had a good experience in any locations! It’s as if they intentionally hire the most ugly-hearted people to disrespect you, however, Marsha is as good as they come! She is compassionate, hard-working, and so respectful - she really has that old school mentality and work ethic! She should be the example of what USPS should be hiring!
