U.S. Postal Service Doral, FL The USPS location in Doral generally provides solid and reliable service. The staff is professional and does their best to keep things moving, even during busy hours. Lines can get long at times, but employees are usually efficient and helpful once it’s your turn. Packages are handled properly, tracking is accurate, and mail service has been consistent overall. Parking is convenient, and the facility is easy to access. Like most post offices, peak hours can be hectic, but overall this Doral location gets the job done and serves the community well.

The clerk that assisted me is extremely rude. It seem she is rude to females and selectively patient and kind with males. She screamed and yelled at the lady that came in after me and has a clear case of a power trip. She also fraudently completed the satisfaction survey that comes up on the screen when the transaction is complete, even though I specifically expressed I was not happy and was frustrated with her handling of my transaction and of others before me. She literally yelled at the lady that came in behind me for no reason. She made me step to the side to fill out the certified mail receipt copy that is mine to keep, and attended the male customer behind me instead. Yet she was so patient with the male customer in front of me she filled out the labels and forms for two packages for him and had me waiting for at least 10 min behind a customer who was not actually ready to send their packages. I'm pretty sure this is against their protocol. She should not be filling out his mailing forms for him (she definitely didn't do it for me). Then when it was my turn, she made me step to the side to add the mailing address to the copy of the return receipt that is mine to keep, for MY reference, insisting that it is her copy when that is incorrect. i have sent certified copies many times before. All information was complete there was no need to make me add the address on my copy and make me step to the side to attend the male customer behind me. If anyone needed to be asked to step aside, it was the person before me with whom she spent 20 minutes with and did all the work for him. At the end of my transaction she stapled MY COPY of the certified receipt to the payment receipt and handed it to me. I said, see l told you, that's my copy! You made me step aside to fill out a paper that is my copy to keep, not yours. And she said I'm sorry my mistake and then completed the survey on the screen for me when it was clear I was not satisfied. Very bad experience. This clerk should be reprimand for her rude and notably different treatment of female customers, and for fraudulently completing the satisfaction survey for me. She robbed me of the opportunity to rate my experience on the usps survey, so l am now reporting my dissatisfaction here.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Gaelle at USPS. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed to send my package—offering tape, a pen, and guiding me through each step of the process. She truly went above and beyond, always with a great attitude and a smile. People like her make a real difference in customer service! Thank you so much, Gaelle!!

This place is an absolute joke. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. The staff is beyond rude—talking down to customers, raising their voices, and acting like you’re an inconvenience for simply asking a question. I was treated with zero respect and spoken to in a humiliating way in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don’t want to deal with people, don’t work in a customer-facing job—simple as that. We’re literally paying for this service, and this is how customers are treated? No accountability, no courtesy, no basic decency. Management needs to step in because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. Avoid this location if you can. Save yourself the frustration.

Soo many jobs are lost. No people answering any calls for all USPS!! 😭😢 Cannot communicate with robot at the 800 number to direct you for digital fingerprinting and who knows what else. Pity the government does not want to pay small salaries and just create homeless people while there is NO SERVICE to their customers. If you want to ask a question you have to physically go to a post office and line up to just ask. They DO NOT CARE. Only they want to save pity money while all their services are super expensive. Terrible. They get sooo low service ratings but they do not blink an eye. Too bad. I Went for the fingerprinting service but machine is BROKEN. LOST 1 and half hours for nothing😢
