LAURA I 5 months agoThis location is a chaos, If you go between 12pm to 3:00 pm you’ll see just ONE REGISTER OR CASHIER, THE LINE IS TOO LONG the WORST! By the way this location looks dirty and abandoned!
Allal Simmou 10 months agoI am very disappointed with the service at this USPS location. I shipped an important package, and despite paying for proper postage and dropping it off on time, USPS completely lost it. I opened a service request, but after weeks of waiting, they closed the case without finding the package or offering any real help. As a small business seller, this has cost me both the item and the money, and I now have to refund my buyer out of my own pocket. It’s unacceptable that USPS provides no accountability when they lose mail. Customers like me rely on USPS to deliver packages safely, and this kind of service makes it hard to trust them in the future.
Clynton Espinoza 9 months agoTHEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!! I ordered a steam deck off ebay and this is the office that was supposed to deliver it (MILAM DAIRY at 5600 NW 72nd Ave Miami, FL 33166), the package was stolen by the delivery driver, and marked as delivered, I also requested the GPS coordinates for the delivery and they said they do not have it. how can they steal people's packages and get away with it just like that? Is anyone doing anything about this? what the hell is going on in this country?
Yuliet Oliva 3 months agoWaited for well over 30 minutes to make a return because there was only one person helping and they were helping someone else for over 30 minutes. There was a long that almost reached the door and there was no attempt to help anyone besides that one person that was being helped for well over 30 minutes. That is a complete disregard to the rest of the people waiting. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed to get the package shipped out today and there wasn't another post office in proximity that was open, I would have left.
DJRAUDE a year agoIt’s no surprise that this post office location has one of the lowest ratings in all of Miami. Many businesses rely on this branch to send large quantities of packages, yet recent changes have made the process unnecessarily difficult. Previously, customers could use wheeled baskets to transport packages from their vehicles to the mailing area. However, those have now been removed, forcing customers to use stationary baskets inside the facility. This change appears to be due to staff reluctance to manage package transfers. Additionally, for nearly a month, the front door has been broken, requiring customers to carry their packages around to the back entrance and enter through the emergency exit. Despite this ongoing issue, no repairs have been made. It is disappointing to see the United States Postal Service operating in such poor conditions at this location. I urge management to address these concerns promptly to improve efficiency and customer experience. Update, few months later : I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent changes and ongoing poor customer service at this post office. This location is conveniently situated near several businesses where we regularly drop off packages. In the past, there were rolling baskets available, which made it much easier to transport large numbers of parcels. However, those have been removed and replaced with stationary baskets that are not user-friendly. While the newly added signage categorizing package types may help employees, it has significantly increased the workload and inconvenience for customers like myself. More concerning, however, is the unacceptable behavior of the staff. During my most recent visit, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by a staff member—a woman who, instead of offering assistance, chose to yell at me for placing too many boxes in a basket that was already overflowing. It was clear that this basket had not been attended to for quite some time, which was not my responsibility. This type of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable in any workplace, especially in a public service setting. As a frequent customer, I am extremely disappointed. The lack of basic courtesy and support, along with the impractical facility changes, makes this post office increasingly difficult to work with. I urge management to address both the facility design and staff behavior immediately.
