This is the 4th time this post office refuses to deliver my Amazon packages, forcing me to go in and pick them up. They don’t bother with assistance and make you lug them out yourself. They also lied to Amazon that they attempted delivery when in fact they just didn’t feel like doing it and NEVER attempted delivery. Almost an hour with Amazon on the phone and spending over 30 minutes just trying to the get to this location. What a waste of time because their staff doesn’t want to work! Unbelievable!

This is a rough store to visit. The parcel box indoors has been broken for months. The door doesn’t operate correctly so people just leave packages haphazardly at the desk just inside the door. Nothing is there to secure the delivery of packages if an employee walks away. It’s hard to believe this place is managed at all by a legitimate agency because of the lack of attention to the visual appeal of the stores. Not all doors to the exterior are unlocked during business hours, hand written signage is scotch taped to the walls meanwhile other official signage is scrapped, sun faded, or covered with stickers. Overall upkeep of this place makes it feel like I’m in a rough neighborhood.

Saturday May 8th, 2026. I’ve been living in South Miami for 20 years, and this location never change. Two employees mentioned that if anyone had a QR code, they could go outside and complete their transaction at the machine. Since there were already three people waiting at the machine outside, I decided to stay inside. The employee repeated the same instruction, but I told her I don't want to go out because there were more people outside than inside. When my turn finally came, this person handled my package with a bad attitude and she didn't even say thank you, WHY? If I don’t want to do my transaction outside with the machine why they have a bad Actitud???? Please change your actitud. Thanks

I’ve had other issues here with their customer service before, but never mentioned it. However, I came to pick up my mail after they were supposed to hold it for a month and not one piece of mail is here and they don’t know why and they tried to contact the carrier who will not pick up the phone and the supervisor never came out to discuss it with me after I waited and I left a handwritten note with my number, saying to call me and asked if he would call me by the end of today and she could not guarantee it. It was a very simple job and very important and they could not come through with the paperwork to ensure that my mail was safe and now I have no idea what happened to all of my mail. There is also 1 person working behind the desk today & the line is 20 people long.

Very disappointed with the fact that none of the employees in this place is familiar with some forms and every time I go there, I get charged much more. They need to be retrained. How can you not know the difference between an individual Certificate of Mailing and a CTOM-Firm. The customer service is already poor and they got upset when I suggested that they were charging me wrong. Not a good representation of the post office.
