I mainly use this USPS location for the 2 blue boxes on NE 5th. They are conveniently close to the curb so that you can drive up close enough to put your mail or small packages inside one of the boxes. That is a popular drive-up and you may be waiting a minute to put your mail in the box. This is a popular spot for the businesses in the neighborhood also. You will see a lot of employees carrying bins of mail to drop them off before 5:00 pm when the post office closes. I always like to avoid going inside because of the long lines.

One star, only because I can't leave zero. The woman working on Tuesday, May 5th, provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I asked what "media mail" meant, she answered with an attitude and had zero intention of helping me. To make matters worse, I spent 20 minutes in line because she was struggling to scan a large box due to her extremely long nails. If you work at a post office, the last thing you need are long nails that interfere with your duties. Zero customer service. Zero empathy. Zero help.

Marsha helped me today, and I just wanted to say she provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with returning my item. She made the process quick and easy, and I truly appreciated her positive attitude. Marsha is definitely an asset to the company, and her dedication to helping customers does not go unnoticed.

Judy was amazing. She found my package even after the system said it wasn’t here. I have no idea why these reviews are bad but all the workers I spoke to today were very friendly and nice. Judy made it even easier.

This is by far the WORST post office I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is rude, and the mail carriers seem unable to properly read or follow addresses. It feels as though there is little to no accountability. We have a large, clearly marked mailbox outside my place of business designated for all mail and packages. Despite this, the mail carrier brought my package to my job, then marked it as “address unknown” and returned it to the sender instead of leaving it in the mailbox. When I went to the post office to ask for an explanation, I was given none. The staff could not explain why the package wasn’t left with the rest of the mail and appeared unsure and unprepared. The only response I received was, “We have different mail carriers,” which does not justify or explain what happened. Overall, this location shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
