I visited this USPS location needing assistance with a mailing service, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I was met with attitude and impatience. The employees acted as if customers are supposed to already know which envelopes, packaging, and mailing options to use. The purpose of customer service is to assist people, answer questions, and provide guidance. If customers knew all the postal requirements and products, they would not need to ask for help. Unfortunately, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. I understand that postal employees deal with many people every day, but professionalism and courtesy should still be expected. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.

Probably those reviews have no impact, but it’s needed to be said. Despite that official website stated that you can Walk In for passport applications from 10am-3pm, they will not take you as a walk in, appointments only! So don’t waste your day and drive there for nothing. They don’t follow what official Web Site says!

It is not the nicest and cleanest place in the world, but they try hard to pay attention, relatively fast and always crowded, there are no passport renewal forms but if you do it online they will process it there.

Every other month I try to give this particular post office a chance to redeem itself from all of the negative reviews, however NOT THE CASE… How are you a worker of this facility have no idea as to what time you all open. It clearly says 8:30-5 on the window, yet it’s 8:45 and you all are still not open. Suggestion to the Post Master for this facility (GET A CREW IN THERE THAT’S ON TIME AND DON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH WORKING)!!!
