Ness bklyn- gal 4 months agoThe tracking number shows that the package was returned to the sender, but I have not received anything and it has been almost a month. Please, after leaving a negative review, also contact the **United States Postal Service Consumer Affairs, the USPS Office of the Consumer Advocate, and file a complaint with the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General. This situation is unacceptable. The postmaster should be held accountable, and this office needs serious oversight or replacement of staff. I cannot believe USPS would allow such poor work ethic and lack of service at one of their facilities.
Evan 4 months agoThis location is the definition of incompetence and zero accountability. I had two high-value, signature-required packages. I took time off work specifically to be home and sign for them. The carrier never even attempted delivery to my apartment door. No knock. No doorbell. Nothing. They just dumped a notice in the mailroom and left. So now, because of their laziness, I had to go pick them up in person. The notice slip clearly stated Saturday pickup hours starting at 8:00 AM, so I woke up early and showed up shortly after 8, exactly as instructed. The lobby was open for self-service, but there were no employees available. I rang the bell at the service door, knocked repeatedly, and could clearly hear people inside. No one came out. No one helped. I was just ignored. So let’s recap: • I took time off work to sign for the packages. • The carrier didn’t even try to deliver them. • I followed the official pickup instructions. • I showed up during the hours listed on the USPS notice. • And still couldn’t get my packages because no one would assist me. This is beyond poor service. It’s negligence, disorganization, and complete disrespect for customers’ time. If USPS can’t even manage basic delivery attempts or staff their counters during posted hours, they have no business handling high-value, signature-required shipments. Avoid this location if you value your time, your packages, or your sanity. They should be embarrassed.
Cristy 2 months agoTerrible experience. The second we walked in, one of the employees was already screaming at someone. Then she yelled at us that the line was on the other side — no hello, no nothing. When I asked for help printing my shipping label (which Google literally says USPS locations can do), she flat-out refused, told me my label wasn’t printed, and told us to just leave and come back another time. That’s it. No solution, no effort, nothing. That’s not customer service — that’s being dismissive and rude to people who just needed basic help. If you can’t handle the job with basic decency, that’s a problem. Do not come here if you expect to be treated like a human being.
Ortiz Community Services Inc 5 months agoThis U.S. Postal Service office is the worst. When I arrived, they didn’t even have envelopes available for customers to use. Then, when you finally get to the counter, the employee sends you aside and tells you to fill out the envelope there — something that could have been done ahead of time to make the process faster and easier. I even asked the employee if they had envelopes. I opened the customer cabinet to check if there were any envelopes available, and the employee rudely told me “time out” and said, in a very disrespectful way, that he doesn’t go to people’s houses to open cabinets. Those cabinets are clearly for customers to take envelopes and fill them out. I also told him that it made no sense for a post office not to have envelopes available for customers and that their customer service was basically nonexistent. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. This person was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Yucet Rodriguez 4 months agoIt's unbelievable what the postal service in this country has become. It's incredibly embarrassing to send packages and they end up arriving whenever they feel like it, not when the app says they will. And it hasn't just happened to me once; it happens frequently. They tell you that priority mail arrives in five days, sometimes, and it's all a lie. They take up to two weeks. What a lack of respect the postal service in this city has become!
