If I could leave a 0 I would definitely do so. Consistently rude and disrespectful staff. No courtesy, no professionalism, and no willingness to help. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a post office.

One hour calling none stop horrible service ! These people shouldn't be working for the post office !

Super friendly employees and customer service If it isn't too busy. I know them personally, the workers at this location are fantastic people with charisma but WOW do they need help. If you decide to come buy stamps at 4 PM expect a MINIMUM 30 minute wait. Sadly this location is underemployed for the amount of customers they get in rush hours, It's usually one employee in the back and one cashier helping 15 people in line. Manager or Owner if you are reading this please hire more people. (The attached picture shows a long line and the empty front desk 2 minutes before closing)

They need more staff !! Always a long line ! , they also need to upgrade there facility not up to par especially since they up our taxses here in the grove another $3500 more per year … they need to fix this place up it’s looking like a dump ..

I have never had to deal with such poor delivery services anywhere else that I have lived at. Every month a package is going missing or miss delivered.
