Every time I go, they’re usually a line, but not too large. It was pretty fast. The clerks know what they’re doing. And they redirect you if anything is wrong. They are very, very experienced clerks. However, people tend to be very snobby at them. They are a great teamwork together.

absolutely the best staff and they are always busy having to deal with nonsense… honestly how hard is it to mail a damn envelope that people have so many questions tying up these poor people that are just trying to work and get everyone else’s mail out in time smh lol. Very grateful to have a post office on West Avenue and the incredible staff that always works there specifically the gentleman and two ladies.

I went to this location to return by mail a modem. I was having difficulty finding the correct size box to use and one of the staff helped me and kindly gave me an appropriate size box to use. He helped me without me even asking him. He spoke kindly to everyone he assisted and helped another customer on how to pack her items efficiently. This experience gave me hope! It made me smile and made my day!! I highly recommend this location!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a USPS location. One of the female employees was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She acted like answering a basic question was beneath her and made no effort to be courteous or professional. It’s shocking how someone with such a low standard for customer service is allowed to interact with the public. If you don’t want to do your job, then maybe it’s time to consider another one. USPS seriously needs to address the poor attitudes and lack of service at this location. I’d rather pay extra and go to UPS or FedEx than deal with this again.
