I had a great experience with Russell during my fingerprint appointment. He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. The entire process was quick and smooth, and he made everything easy to understand from start to finish. What stood out the most was his customer service. I’ve had fingerprinting experiences at other locations in Texas where staff came across as rushed or overly aggressive, but Russell was the complete opposite—courteous, patient, and respectful throughout the process. If you’re looking for a hassle-free fingerprinting experience, I highly recommend working with Russell. Excellent service and a great representation of customer care!

Came for an I-9 and fingerprinting appointment on Friday afternoon. The employee, Russell, is the textbook definition of someone who is doing the absolute bare minimum to get a paycheck. He was rude, condescending, and clearly did not want to be there or be helpful. He was flying through the computer prompts so quickly (in an effort to just be done) that I’m pretty sure he erroneously filled out a part of the form. To the business owner, please hire better people. There are so many better potential employees who can do Russell’s job and who will be glad to be there and be helpful as they service customers.
