I call it like it is. Long ago this branch was lacking. Recently I spoke w Yvonne; she returned my call promptly regarding an issue and indicated it would be addressed. In closing, she indicated I could call direct to address issues. A+++ This morning I needed to reject a package but was not clear on the procedure; could they "reject" before delivery or was it a case of leaving a note for the next day saying rejected and the carrier would take it back. Yvonne is off today and I spoke to Q. He indicated he could put a note in for the carrier and yes, just having the package out with a note as "rejected" was the way to go since I may not be here on delivery. A+++ again. Great job both Yvonne and Q!!!

I used the self service kiosk to mail a package to granite City, IL on April 12 with a delivery date of the 15th. I got informed on the 19th that my package was being held for insufficient postage(I paid what the machine told me). I checked again on the 27th and it was now in Columbus Ohio, the polar opposite direction of where my package was supposed to go. Finally arrived today. If I had used ANY other service, my friend would've had his package 2 weeks ago but thanks to USPS utter incompetence, he just got it today

I came in due to a missing package that either never arrived or was stolen. The lady I spoke to at the front desk initially was quite professional. But the second person I spoke to and was referred to, who handles those matters, was quite rude and chose to question me rudely in why I came the day I did for the missing package when it was due to time an travel during the week from my job and my breaks due to time not being on my side. And she chose to be upset because the mail man was trying to help me find my package by telling me about an issue going on in the area. That person, was highly unprofessional and if that’s the caliber of employee that is allowed to be in customer service or have a position of power - that’s a giant shame. Period. Especially when someone is going to get yelled at for just helping.

For the past few months, the customer service here has been excellent. Patient, helpful employees and improvements from past service. I typically come 1-2 times a week and have great experiences.

I walked in around 5 mins till closing. I was greeted with a smile, and was in & out in about 2-3 minutes. The ladies were nice even though it was about time for them to get off!
