It seems like every time I go in here there’s a problem and they try to send me somewhere else. I am learning the problem is because of the receptionist not wanting to do the work. Today - no receptionist showed up and no one could take our package. I find it odd that they can’t help people in both areas, or discipline people for not doing their jobs properly. I like the office because of the short wait. Yet - there’s a short wait because of the bad service.

Just overall rude, and has an attitude. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else! Weave was definitely 9 months old.

Rarely ever delivers my packages and claims it’s because of my dog. I often stand outside on Saturdays to just grab the mail over the fence so my pup can be outside and it won’t be an issue. (Weekdays it isn’t an issue because I am at work and my dog is inside). But I was outside today with my dog and my carrier told me I didn’t have any mail today. So I went inside and brought my dog with me. 10 min later, I got a notification that my package was not delivered due to animal interference? Thought I didn’t have mail? This happens more often than not. Then when my mail IS delivered, it is often delivered to the wrong address. I have it all on camera. House numbers are clearly marked. I am putting up gates to divide my yard so that my dog can run around in the back yard and the post office can’t have any reason to lie about it anymore-as if the camera evidence isn’t enough. The mail I do receive is not my mail-I have my name listed on my mailbox, but I keep getting other people’s mail. I’ve never had issues with any other post office before I moved here. I know their jobs are hard but they are making things much harder than they need to be.

We run a business in the area and we can not reliably receive our mail. Customers are sending us checks and we don't receive them. We have notified the post office about us not getting mail for weeks at a time and they say we are getting our mail because it doesn't come back on the trucks. When I asked if our mail could be getting miss delivered or thrown away they said, "that's not happening." Something needs to be done.

Line out of the main lobby, continues out of the building, only has one person at the counter. 25+ people waiting. There to pick up a package, that is 4 days late on delivery. The online tracking says is waiting and ready for pick up, but the packages were all sent out to drivers for delivery, with no tracking updates given to anyone. Most were in line to pickup a package, that is now not where they said it would be. They said packages couldn't be delivered due to weather, so they are holding the packages for pickup, then they send them out for delivery, makes sense right? Not at all. Lot wasn't plowed from the 12" snowfall, unsafe lot condition. If i can shovel my driveway, they can certainly get the lot cleared, at a federal building, from the DOT with large plow trucks.
