I had a phenomenal experience with this location. My package was lost and I didn’t receive it come 2 weeks after the date I was supposed to. Mindy went above and beyond to help me locate the package and get it to me within five business days. She was extremely kind and even reached out to let me know that she emailed other facilities to locate my package and that she’d continue working until I got it. I appreciate her willingness to help me get my package & appreciate all her help!!

Some one is opening/ stealing mail from here. My mother in-law has sent so many cards out for birthdays and it hasn't been making it for the last two years. This place needs to be looked into. Im pretty sure its illegal to tamper with other people's mail. How the hell would someone feel so comfortable doing something like this.

Awful customer service! Got there for a passport application appointment for my 7 months old at 1045, and we were 5 mins late, they only have one person in line and refused to take us in after they were done. No grace, no empathy for a person bringing in a baby in this cold weather, need better workers!

Package i sent to my dad has been here for 3 weeks now.. was ment to be delivered on the 18th of may. today is the 3rd Of june.. if your sending mail to Indiana dont use usps..

It's been about a month, I haven't received my letter, I had a note that was left at the door, eventually I went over to the post office, and kept trying to figure out what happen with my letter, I've spoken to the supervisor and filed a lost package, and they said they'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to see what happen to the package and nothing. went again and told me to call the supervisor & no answer.
