The customer service is horrible. The short old black lady was very rude making faces while interacting with customers pushing this little girl to pay for things she didn’t have to pay for after the girl said she would figure it out. I also watched as she interacted with a separate lady before this who was just simply trying to locate her packages after changing her address and the black lady made a remark about how she was holding up the line. Everyone was waiting patiently nobody was in a rush for her to have such attitude. I will never come back to this usps unless I absolutely HAVE to I was VERY disappointed and unsatisfied with what I saw today.

The office staff inside the post office is so rude and disgusting. No customer service experience at all. And when I made a complaint of course one of them called me and just backed up their employee. Even though I was encouraging her to pull the video and I had the date and time I was there. They told me I was embellishing. I knew nothing would come of my complaint. They are all trash. I lost all respect for all federal postal employees from here going forward for the rest of my life.

This post office needs to be totally revamped, after an investigation into what is going on here. The most recent problem is a package I’m expecting to be delivered to zip code 46220 has been sitting there for 3 days. They expect to deliver it tomorrow. Last year they sent a package, that was supposed to be delivered to me in zip code 46220, to Chicago after sitting them for 3 days. When the package reached Chicago, it was immediately sent back to this post office, which then sent the package to my post office for delivery. They seem to be a major gateway for eastern Indianapolis and while you can try mailing things from a distant post office that may bypass this black hole, there’s nothing you can do about receiving packages. The post office seems to be totally disinterested in remedying the process and will never admit there’s a problem. An update on Jan 9, 2016 — they sent my package, destined to 46220 to Cincinnati!! Why??? I thought they had machines to sort the mail. Someone needs to learn their numbers.

Mona is horribly aggressive, defensive, rude and childish. I have had to deal with her for the past two years because part of my job is sending off certificate of mail (which she has never been able to remember how to do and then treats me as an inconvenience for not knowing how to do her job) and she has never changed. I have watched her be grossly disrespectful to other customers as well. I will be going out of my way in the future to go to a post office that has expectations of their employees to treat others with respect and know how to execute their job duties. Mona, life is too short to be so miserable!!

Terrible customer service! The last please you would want to go for something important like a passport. Have had my appointment cancelled twice due to “staffing issues.” No apology just attitude when they call to cancel then hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
