It’s horrible what has happened to this neighborhood now that there’s 1000 trucks that come in and out of it every day. These mostly are foreign drivers, probably illegal licensed drivers of 53 foot semi’s and they park everywhere including the middle of the street of Brookville Road. At night, you can see hundreds of trucks, parked all around in every business parking lot, tearing up the lot and driving off of the roadways and parking lots. My neighbors have had their Building hit several times made a police report called the company and they denied the claim after the driver admitted it and there’s nothing that can be done and they know it. They have hit the powerline broke the pole, which hit one of the other buildings. They’ve hit fence at least three times. I have personally watched them drive down the sidewalk on Ritter with a fully loaded 53 drive van 80,000 pounds I started videoing it and the driver jumped out and wanted to fight me. I told him he should learn how to drive and tell him to get the off of the public sidewalk. For the record, the legal drivers are hired by the USPS. Not directly, they hire trucking companies who hire brokers who hire contractors who hire anyone they can find. There are two notable names that are dominant at this particular distribution center one is RakMark. And Bonanza Trucking. I believe they’re both out of Chicago area. This should be investigated by the postmaster the Mayors Action Council, the city Council the local representative for this district and none of the politicians are doing a thing

The worst USPS facility in whole States. Don't even come if broker will give you 10 rpm. Checked in and got spot on parking 3 pm, facility provided dock next day on 9 am. Now it's 8 pm and still no one is unloading. Talked with facility managers, expeditors and etc, but nothing. Guys who should unload trailers are just scrolling reels and chilling. Worst experience. Wasted alsmot 30 hours.

DONT come here, im delivering arrive 10:00pm and its now 11:30am and I havnt even have a door. Finally got a door 7pm, went back to office to sign on papers, still has a green light. 9pm red light on. 10pm still not syarted unloading. 12pm started unloading. 4am empty!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I among hundreds of others have had a package looping for WEEKS. Never had an issue with this product or the company, always arrived on time. Looping packages have been a huge issue lately and seem to trace back to this facility every time. My package made it to Illinois and BACK in under 48 hours, but multiple direct emails, an inquiry, a missing mail search, and my package has been sitting for 2 more days. It’s being scanned, just not touched. Should have been manually intercepted and at my door by yesterday. Instead it’s still just sitting. And of course there no way to go pick it up

Gentleman, it's with great pleasure I write to inform you. This facility still stinks. That is all. - If you're here to vent similar frustrations of lost & delayed packages. You're in good company knowing the general consensus. It's not just you. At minimum, most packages get delayed 48 hours, and if your package comes in on a Friday. Weekend departures are a luck of the draw. Perhaps, someday, this facility will improve, but for now, that's not our hour. God speed to our little brown boxes.
