JaedotCo 3 months agoThis is absolutely the worst post office in the history of post offices. I just left a positive review on my local post office and that jogged my memory that I had to submit a review on this post office. I have frequented this post office in the past, as it is was my office. Every time I have been there, all of the workers have been rude. EVERY TIME! They just have a dislike and an attitude. This has not just been my experience, but the experiences of all of the other customers that I have observed while waiting in line. On one occasion a few years ago, they were still open, and as I was opening the door, one of the workers abruptly slammed the door in my face. She said that they needed to close 15 minutes before the posted time. After that experience, I never returned. I also did an official report with the main number of the US Postal Service department. You should never treat customers like that. The whole situation could have gone wrong if I did not have my kid with me. This post office is also near Xavier University. I am sure because of this they do a lot of business with college students spending and receiving packages. This location needs a complete reworking and is a clear reflection of the leadership and management. This is so sad because it's in a central location.
Sara S a month agoVery disrespectful employee Larry/Louis at the front counter. Asked for missing mail, which is always a problem, employee shakes his head, no he wasn’t going to check for missing mail. While there I was mailing a package and when it was time for my receipt this employee acted as if he was going to give me my receipt and balled it up. Once employee saw I was recording his demeanor changed and he sat my receipt on the scale.
Leslie Palacios 2 years agoDidn’t open on time. Had an appointment for passports for 8am and they didn’t open till 8:15. It’s 8:45 and I’m still waiting. There’s only one person at the register and she’s the only passport agent, apparently. The line is long due to them opening late. I was at the beginning of the line and people that were behind me and my kids have already been taken care of and left. If I’m not at work, I don’t get paid. I only have 45 mins left to do this, drop them off to school and go back to work….This was supposed to be a 30 min thing and we’re still sitting here waiting. Beautiful location, but awful service.
Anna Lindquist 11 months agoAn absolute jok. Made an appointment for my passport, got the day off work just to show up and the woman behind the desk tell me that he "doesn't work on Tuesdays". The website clearly says Monday-Saturday and I was able to make an appointment. No phone call, no email, no snail mail even to inform me of this. No care in the world. Then I called the operator as well to see if I can confirm when he will be in because obviously the government website is wrong and I don't want to take another day off work for this to happen again and the operator states: "we don't know when he is going to be in". What kind of business, let alone a GOVERNMENT agency thinks this is okay?!
Rich a year agoI was refused service because I came in 10 mins before closing, and they didn’t feel like looking for my package after a missed delivery attempt and mg package has been sitting for 2 days. Very rude to black people and nicer to the white people. Such a shame I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. I left work to be able to pick up my package because it was imperative that I had it for today and to be refused any kind of help sucks.
