It's useless try to explain because it falls on death ears. I've asked the carrier not to leave packages in the mailbox to press the call button and to go through the gate and put the package on the porch. We have someone in our neighborhood stealing packages. Plus I have medical equipment that cannot handle the heat I hate dealing with the post office here.

Even though I told them numerous times not to leave packages in the mailbox, but to put it at the front porch because it's medical equipment and drugs that cannot stand the heat, no one listens.

There was a long line because of covid and the holidays, but I was able to get my packages shipped in time for the holidays. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I received excellent service despite three fact that it was very busy.

The people who work the desk are first class - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable: 5 stars. Unfortunately, the delivery team: lied (camera) about animal interference with a delivery and failed for three consecutive days to redeliver on and following the scheduled redelivery date. 1 star. Average: 3 stars.

If you can do it online, do it. Better to get it done right than treated sweetly to cover evil (ie being lied to for no reason and services never complete). Truly disappointing.
