Staff is unnecessarily rude! Went in to send a package out and the lady with the bald blonde hair had a nasty attitude and refused to help me all because I asked a question! She then sat up there and wouldn’t help anyone after me.

I would love to have a number to make a formal complaint. Today May 19 2025. My carrier delivery a damaged item of perfume that has leaked all over my mail and other packages. Please can anyone direct me to a number to call. Back in February my brother's urn was delivered she literally stuffed it in the mail box we had to pry it out almost damaged it. I met with another driver he said it wasn't him. I'm more than sure it was the same person. This is ridiculous they are in a hurry to get off running behind and handle people belongings any type of way. If it's the last thing I do I will sit every day just to see who is delivering my packages and have a nice conversation with that person bc the level of disregard of people property is insane. I will be at the local post office until I get to the bottom of this. I have the delivery date when my urn was delivered and today's date

Say my package dont have an address on it but yet it made it from Europe to New Orleans east. Now it have to go all around the world two more times just to get back to me.

It’s really insane for a package to say delivered and was not at all.I always use my home address for everything.My package was labeled as delivered in PO Box I don’t even have a P.O. Box.Everyone need to stop being lazy and do their job correctly.I am most certainly reporting the carrier.It was a time when the next day I had to sit outside and wait for my mail carrier.She had put other people mails in my mailbox a stack full when it clearly said different addresses.Some of those people had important mail.Most of the time the carriers pass by talking on the phone. Get it together with the poorly deliveries.
